Competition rules “NaSQaH Quiz”

Article 1 : Organization

1.1.     The Simplified Joint Stock Company TANALS, registered in the company trade in Mulhouse under number B. 945 751 063, having its registered office at 5, Place des Alliés – 68290 MASEVAUX – NIEDERBRUCK, is organising a competition called “NaSQaH Quiz” which will run from February 14, 2020 to June 30, 2020.

1.2.    The purpose of this game is to communicate to its Distributor customers on the NaSQaH Smartphone application.

Article 2 : Participants and Conditions of participation

2.1. The game is open exclusively to Tanals Distributor customers or prospects and to the Gates company (Tanals partner). To play the game you will need to load the NaSQaH application on AppStore or Google Store and request access. Only those accesses authorized by Tanals when creating the account (login and password) will be allowed to play.

2.2. The aim of the game is to try to answer a series of questions posted on a web page dedicated to the game. This web page can only be accessed through the NaSQaH application by clicking on the “NaSQaH Quiz” button.

2.3. To participate, all you have to do is access the web page, answer the questions and fill in the final form with your contact details.

2.4. By participating in the game, the winners authorise the organizer to communicate, via its website, their surname, first name, position and company.

Article 3 : Reward

3.1. The game has FIVE personal winnings accruing to the participant, namely:

• For the first one, a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 phone with a commercial value of 749.00 euros
• For the second and the third, a Samsung Galaxy S10 phone with a commercial value of 649.00 euros
• For the fourth and the fifth, a Samsung Galaxy A70 phone with a commercial value of 409.00 euros.

Article 4 : Allocation of earnings

4.1. Winnings will only be distributed to participants who meet the conditions set out in Article 2., who have completed the pre-survey and have provided correct answers to all of the first questions, and in the order of the closest answer to the closest answer for the subsidiary question (the last question). In the event of a tie, a random draw will be held to determine the tiebreaker.

4.2. Should there be no winners or not enough winners, the remaining prizes will be awarded by means of a draw between all the participants who meet the conditions set out in Article 2 and who have not won any prize.

4.3. The list of questions as well as the accepted answers was deposited at the SCP Bader-Willer, huissiers de Justice in Mulhouse, 31 Rue Jean Monnet.

4.4. The verification and possible drawing of lots will take place in the first half of July 2020.

Article 5 : Envoi des lots

5.1. The organizer will then send the prizes either to the participating companies, indicating the winner’s name, or directly to the winner if the latter has completed his or her personal address.

Article 6 : Limitation of liability

6.1. The organizer shall not incur any liability as a result of the organisation of this game, in particular if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, it is forced to cancel, shorten, extend or postpone the game. Neither can its responsibility be engaged in case of loss of the lot after shipment.

Article 7 : Consultation of the Regulation

7.1. The rules of the game can be obtained free of charge upon request by email at  the following address: sroll@tanals.com.

They can also be consulted at any time on all the pages of the game by clicking on “NaSQaH Quiz game rules”. It will also be sent by post to any person who requests it from SAS TANALS, 5, Place des Alliés, 68290 MASEVAUX – NIEDERBRUCK (reimbursement of postage at the Ecopli rate, on your request).

Article 8 : Personal data

8.1. The nominative information collected as part of this game is processed in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, relating to computers, files and freedoms and the European Directive No. 95/46 of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data; the organizer informs you that it will not be made up of files of persons who have participated in the game.

8.2. The participants are informed that the personal data concerning them, recorded within the framework of this game, are necessary to take into account their participation, which they accept.

8.3. Participants have the right to access, rectify and cancel any information concerning them by writing to the organiser, the sole recipient of this information, simply by sending a letter to: SAS TANALS, for the attention of Ms. Sylvia ROLL, 5 Place des Alliés, 68290 MASEVAUX – NIEDERBRUCK.

Article 9 : Disputes and litigation

9.1. Any dispute relating to this game must be made in writing, within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of publication of the winner’s name on the https://www.tanals.com/ website or by post addressed to the head office of SAS TANALS, 5 Place des Alliés, 68290 MASEVAUX – NIEDERBRUCK.

9.2. The competent jurisdiction in case of dispute is the Judicial Court of Mulhouse.

9.3. These regulations are governed by French law.

9.4. The prizes offered may not give rise to any dispute of any kind, nor to their cash value, nor to any exchange at the request of the winners.
